Nonsyndromic Mandibular Bilateral Dentigerous Cyst

چکیده
Dentigeröz kistler; radiküler kistlerden sonra çenelerin en sık görülen odontojenik kistleridir. Özellikle mandibular 3. molar dişler ile ilişkilidir. kistler sıklıkla semptomsuz seyreder ve rutin radyografik tetkiklerde teşhis edilebilmektedirler. Radyografik olarak gömük ilişkilidir iyi, sklerotik sınırları olan radyolüsent bir görüntü vermektedirler. Bilateral multipl dentigeröz nadir görülür tipik kleidokraniyal displazi MaroteauxLamy gibi gelişimsel sendromla birlikte ortaya çıkarlar. Sendrom yokluğunda, bilateral kistlere nadiren rastlanır. Literatür taramasında nonsendromik kist olguları sınırlı sayıda rapor edilmiştir. Bu raporda, 55 yaşında hastada kistin tedavisi literatürde bildirilen olgular dâhilînde değerlendirilmiştir.
